Who are we?
Sega International Ltd is a British importer of Sports products manufactured in India and around the world. In other words, while we’re new to these shores we are importing an established brand bringing you peace of mind for all your sporting needs. Whether you’re the next football sensation or enjoy the occasional run for charity, we’ve got you covered.
With a diverse international team from ‘all walks of life’, our employees genuinely have an interest in sports, ensuring we only sell what we would be willing to use.
Unlike other international footwear importers, our ethical standards are driven by our leadership rather than by the balance sheet. We do not, and will never, associate with suppliers who exploit child labour or other sweatshop methods. It’s not just about being fair to our customers but to everyone that has helped made Sega International the company it is. We believe in giving back so much that for every product sold regardless of the price point, we donate a flat amount to charity. Whether it’s encouraging children to play more sports to reduce child obesity or bringing a collective community together, it’s not just a business for us, it’s a passion.
What we sell?
We have a diverse product portfolio to reflect your individuality with products for the following sports: Football, Athletics, Cricket, Hockey, Badminton, Squash, Tennis, Table Tennis, Boxing, Wrestling, Running/Marathoning and Leather accessories such as Passport Holders.
What if we don’t sell products for your sport?
Reach Out! Give us a call or send us an email to let us know what wonderful interest of yours we aren’t catering for. We can only know how awesome a sport is if we’re told. If we then can provide that product in the future, we will give you a complimentary product to test. After all, you know your sport passionately, so we’d be arrogant to not listen to your knowledge. Let’s take this journey together.

Currently, we have digital storefronts on Amazon and eBay. We proudly have a 100% seller rating on both websites.
What Payments do we take?
We accept PayPal for all transactions however you do not need to have a PayPal account to use the PayPal checkout as all major Debit & Credit Cards can be used. This includes Visa and MasterCard.
Is PayPal safe?
Of course, they’re safe for both buyers and sellers as we don’t store your data, they do. They act as intermediaries, with sellers like us paying the service charge so you don’t have too. PayPal is used on millions of websites every day; including by household names like eBay and CeX.
Can you get a refund for any reason?
If you buy from www.segastore.uk, you can get a refund within 28 days for any reason as long as it’s in the original condition. This includes sizing problems, or simply because you were injured in your last match so you won’t be able to use those new football boots this season. We’ve all been there 😉
What’s the catch?
No catch, competitive prices for premium quality products. It’s what we do.
The kids are starting school, will I receive the products before they start?
We are parents ourselves, so we know what the stress of starting school is like for the child as well as for Mom and Dad, we don’t want to add to that so we provide free first class delivery on all products with no minimum purchase (3-5 days) or 48 hour delivery for a cost. Whichever delivery method you choose, if ordered before 1pm we will aim to dispatch the same day otherwise the next working day. Please note, this applies to Monday-Friday orders.
Do you accept Voucher codes?
Of course, with frequent marketing campaigns, and unlimited usage, they’re often available.
Where do I find Voucher codes?
We have a social media presence on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram so it’s always good to follow us on there for updates however, we know you’re busy so instead of browsing voucher code websites getting frustrated with expired codes, if you send an email to us asking, we will send you a list of the latest voucher codes to ensure you’re getting the best deal. Alternatively, subscribe to our mailing list to ensure you’re always receiving the latest codes.
Do you sell to other EU countries?
Unfortunately, we do not currently provide this service but subscribe to our mailer list for the latest information.
What Charity do you donate too?
We donate to The Town Welfare Trust School designed to help all children receive a positive education. They do terrific work helping prepare the leaders of tomorrow.
